Merchandise bought on full price:

At Nrityam, We offer a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy after receiving the product, for all designs bought on full price (subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect/damage during transit we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. In such a case, please email us (along with an image/360 degree video of the defective piece) as soon as you receive your order at nrityamindia@gmail.com or call us at +91 9897204015 within 2 days of receiving the product and we would be happy to replace the same. If the desired product is not available with us, you could order another product of the same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid through our website.

4. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with

their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your exchange. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (at your cost) on the address ( NRITYAM S2S Square, Garh Road, Meerut 250002.)

Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.

The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.

Merchandise bought on Discount:

Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Customised orders, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged.
